PHILOSOPHY
Everyone deserves support during labor, and research shows that having a doula improves outcomes for both birthing parents and babies. I honor all birthing choices as morally neutral and am committed to providing the physical, emotional, and informational support you need to have an empowered birth experience.
With extensive labor and delivery experience in six different hospitals, I will be by your side to offer hands-on comfort, reassurance, and guidance. My role is to help you navigate your options, help you to advocate for yourself, and create a birth experience that feels right for you.

PRENATAL VISIT
Two prenatal visits are included after you hire me to be your doula. The first will focus on getting to know each other and designing your ideal birth plan. The second will refine your birth plan and address any concerns, as well as postpartum preparations.
POSTPARTUM VISIT
Two postpartum visits are included with my services. The first will be after you go home to address any new parent concerns such as baby care basics, feeding, and emotional support. The second visit will be 6-8 weeks after delivery to debrief your birth experience.
